Electrical Leadership Opportunity

The Electrical Team Lead is a key role within our maintenance team, responsible for leading and coordinating the electrical maintenance activities at our food manufacturing facility. This is a permanent full-time position that offers a competitive base rate and allowances for your skills and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate the electrical maintenance team to ensure that production and maintenance schedules are met, minimizing costs and improving employee safety.
  • Coordinate and supervise the safe and effective execution of planned maintenance work in accordance with the maintenance schedule.
  • Respond to emergency breakdowns in a timely manner, ensuring compliance to company OHS&E procedures.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated background in electrical maintenance and a history of leading high-performing teams.
  • Australian recognised Electrical trade certificate (e.g. Cert III Electrotechn)
  • Strong commitment to health, safety & wellbeing in the workplace.
