We are seeking a visionary leader to head our screening technology initiatives. This pivotal role drives innovation, product excellence, and customer value across global markets.

Job Description:

As the Head of Screening Technology, you will oversee the strategic direction of our vibrating screen and feeder product line. You will lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation, deliver results, and collaborate globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own product definition and drive cutting-edge screening technologies
  • Oversee product roadmaps and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, commercial, and product management teams
  • Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and technologists

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (Master's/PhD preferred)
  • 5+ years in minerals processing, comminution, or vibrating screen technology
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, project management, and technical problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with SHE standards, FMEA, DFMA, and engineering best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software
