Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Clinical Trials and Research Manager to join our team at Monash Health Imaging. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and conducting clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage clinical trials, including participant recruitment and data collection
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for clinical trial management
- Collaborate with clinical trial principal investigators and other team leaders to ensure successful trial outcomes
- Provide training and mentorship to clinical trial nurses and other staff members
- Contribute to the development of research proposals and grant applications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in clinical trials management, including experience with Good Clinical Practice and regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
