We provide comprehensive support services for individuals with disabilities, empowering them to live independently and confidently.

Our Disability Support Workers are responsible for delivering high-quality care and promoting the skills and capacity of our clients.

The role involves providing 24-hour complex supports, supported independent living, community access, and domestic and personal care.

  • Enabling participants to reach their goals through individualized support plans.
  • Fostering independence and confidence in daily life activities.
  • Providing transportation and facilitating community participation.
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent qualification.
  • A current First Aid & CPR certificate.
  • An NDIS worker screening check.
  • An Employee Working With Children Check (WWCC).
  • A valid Driver's Licence with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle (desirable).
