Job Title: Treasury Business Strategist

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Banking and Financial Services team. The successful candidate will work closely with Product, Credit, Finance, Technology, Data, and Platform teams to identify opportunities for growth and optimization within acceptable risk parameters.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' experience in business analysis, preferably in banking and financial services. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders at all levels is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage change requests and conduct impact assessments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the ecosystem to identify needs and translate them into requirements and user stories
  • Map and analyze current processes and data flows, identify inefficiencies, and design future state processes
  • Ensure regulatory compliance working closely with data & platform teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in business analysis
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders at all levels
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and mindset
  • Experience with regulatory projects in financial sector is preferred
