We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Coordinator to lead our team of Educators. Whether you have experience in the Education or childcare sector, we encourage applications from individuals who enjoy working with children and are looking for a new challenge.

The ideal candidate will develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program that promotes STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft activities. They will also be responsible for fostering healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to get involved with the local community and build relationships. The service requires someone who is active and enthusiastic about getting involved with the children.

Students here love to run around, cook, and conduct science experiments. A strong leader who is interested in connecting with the local community and building relationships would thrive at this OSHC service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or related field;
  • experience working with children in an education or childcare setting;
  • strong leadership and communication skills;
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team;
