We're seeking a talented Automotive Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Cars24. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of car buying and selling in Australia.

About the Role:

  • Delight and amaze customers with your warm attitude, exceptional communication skills, and highly professional demeanor.
  • Build trust with customers by being timely, reliable, and communicative – no problem is too hard for you.
  • Liaise closely with the customer operations team to ensure seamless car delivery and pick-up processes.
  • Assess cars for delivery or pick-up and provide expert guidance to customers.
  • Conduct test drives with customers and close sales with ease.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Retail Sales experience, with a focus on automotive sales preferred but not essential.
  • F2F Sales experience required.
  • Experience using Google Docs, Hubspot, and other CRM/Sales Software preferred but not essential.
  • A valid full driver's license is a must for this role.
  • Ability to work weekends and be part of a dynamic team.
