Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze available data and reports to extract key insights and make informed decisions that benefit both the business and the customer.
  • Mentor and provide constructive feedback to your team, enhancing their understanding of our products and promoting a customer-centric approach to deliver an outstanding store experience.
  • Drive operational excellence by leading the team in effective stock management and loss prevention strategies.
  • Attract, engage, and retain talent, focusing on team capability and succession planning to ensure the success of your store and the organization.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for all team members and visitors, prioritizing wellbeing.
  • Develop and manage the store roster, ensuring compliance while balancing customer and team needs.
  • Communicate the brand and business strategy to the team, ensuring they understand their role in achieving our goals.
  • Exemplify CRG values to foster a team culture that encourages learning, ownership, and shared success.
