About the Role:

The Traffic Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily traffic activities, ensuring safe and efficient vehicle movement on construction sites.

This role demands high organizational skills and attention to detail, with excellent communication skills for coordinating with project teams and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily traffic activities within construction sites, adhering to safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with construction crews and project teams to coordinate logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards in traffic activities.
  • Facilitate effective communication regarding traffic management plans.
  • Address traffic challenges promptly to minimize disruptions.

Key Requirements:

  • Certification or diploma in Traffic Management or related field.
  • White Card.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in transport management or related role, preferably in construction industry.
  • Familiarity with traffic management software.
  • Familiarity with loading/unloading and transport safety requirements.
  • Understanding of Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) and Chain of Responsibility (CoR).
