Job Title: Office Administration Professional
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our office. As a pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining seamless business functions and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing administrative projects. They will possess strong multitasking skills, excellent communication skills with clients, management, and employees, and a friendly disposition.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee office operations and serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Provide administrative support to the general manager and accounts officer
- Data entry and updating employee and client records
- Assist with financial administration tasks and HR related duties
Demonstrated skills in technology and software, a proactive attitude, and problem-solving skills are essential. Knowledge of MYOB, fleet and asset coordination, mobilisation coordination, and construction industry exposure are desirable.
A valid driver's license and car ownership are required for this position.
