Personal Support Specialist - Join Our Team of Dedicated Caregivers

We are seeking compassionate and patient individuals to fill the role of Personal Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support services to people with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support participants in their daily activities, including personal care, domestic tasks, and meal preparation
  • Assist with community access, appointments, and transportation
  • Encourage and support capacity building and independence
  • Build strong relationships with participants and their care teams
  • Respond with empathy and professionalism in challenging situations
