Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our operations and marketing teams, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe loading and transportation of our traded commodities.

The successful candidate will have experience in regulatory compliance, stakeholder management, communication, and quality control. You will work closely with our teams to deliver consistent performance while finding ways to improve how we compete in the market.

About the Role

This full-time, permanent position will be at our head office in Perth. We operate a hybrid work model that allows for a mix of in-office and remote work arrangements, both in the office and from home.

  • Coordinate compliance audits and risk assessments to ensure smooth operations
  • Work with teams across the business to deliver consistent performance and find ways to improve competitiveness
  • Partner with different teams and commodity groups to drive improvements and maintain high standards
About You

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

  • Regulatory compliance in commodity marketing, mining, smelting, or similar heavy industry operations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Clear communication skills
  • Self-directed and organised, with ability to manage time well and stay on top of multiple priorities

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:
