Job Position

The company is seeking a talented Designer to create and evolve brand design systems, designing websites and content for digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in client workshops to understand ideas and needs.
  • Presentation of concepts and designs to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration with the core team to manage clients, craft copy, identify technical requirements, and build/integrate websites.
  • Design and development of branding, websites, and brand assets using Adobe, Figma, Canva, and Google Suite.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience developing brands, websites, and brand assets.
  • Proficiency in Figma and experience with UI/UX design.
  • Strong brand sense and ability to empower clients with assets.
  • Proactive self-learner, current with design trends, and storytelling through visuals.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable online with ability to manage multiple tasks.
Work Environment:

Full-time position with a 9-day fortnight schedule, allowing for every second Friday off. Co-working at Melbourne CBD, with remote work options and weekly meetings at the Hub Southern Cross. The company supports team members who want to work overseas temporarily.
