Aesthetic Clinic Leadership Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a senior leadership position across dermal therapy and practice management in a premium boutique clinic.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a strategic leadership role in an aesthetic clinic or demonstrating strong leadership qualities, with the ability to mentor, train and support a talented team of clinical and non-clinical staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Mentor, train and support the team
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic
  • Provide administrative support as required
  • Ensure the organisation works towards set business values
  • Deliver advanced treatments or step in to do treatments when required
  • Ensure excellence in standards, safety and customer service

The clinic offers a dynamic and professional environment with ongoing training and development, and opportunities to work with a high-performing team.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Health Science (Dermal Therapy) or Bachelor of Nursing Registered Division 1 Nurse qualification, and be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and experience working in a similar role.
