About the Role

As a skilled Billing Solutions Expert, you will provide advanced technical knowledge and assistance on billing systems and processes.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Advocating for continuous improvement in billing working methods
  • Developing automated processes using relevant tools
  • Building reports to ensure completeness and accuracy of billing
  • Conducting user acceptance testing

You will be a strong communicator with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with billing systems and processes, as well as proficiency in tools such as Alteryx, is required.
