The Role

We're seeking a Casual Sales Assistant to join our team at Chatswood. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for supporting the management team in the successful and efficient running of the store. You'll work closely with customers to create an enjoyable shopping experience, achieve sales and KPI targets, and assist with store operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in the profitable running of the store
  • Create an enjoyable experience for every customer by sharing your passion for adventure
  • Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
  • Assist in store operational requirements as requested by management
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with experience in the retail sales environment, who can demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a positive attitude. You'll have a genuine passion for our products and be able to share that with customers. If you're a team player who's adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we'd love to hear from you.
