The Role

We are seeking a Casual Sales Assistant to join our team at Warringah Kathmandu. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for supporting the management team in the successful and efficient running of the store. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales and KPI targets
  • Creating an enjoyable experience for every customer by sharing your love of adventure and outdoor lifestyle
  • Working as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
  • Assisting in store operational requirements as requested by management
What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone with experience and/or understanding of the retail sales environment. You will have exceptional problem-solving abilities and communication skills, and a positive and flexible attitude that will shine in store to your fellow team and customers. You will have strong initiative, be adaptable, and cope well within a fast-paced retail environment. You will also have a genuine passion for our products and what we stand for as a business, and be able to demonstrate that to your customers.
