Job Title: Production Worker

We are seeking an experienced Bakery Production worker to join our team in Beverley. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the production of baked goods, including mixing, baking, and packaging.
  • Operate industrial ovens and other equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the production team to achieve smooth workflow and minimize downtime.
  • Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions.
  • Physical ability to lift 25 kgs and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to start work at 4am on occasion.
