Job Title: Global Mobility Coordinator - APAC
We seek a highly skilled professional to join our Regional APAC Team as our new Global Mobility Coordinator. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing all travel arrangements and associated services for our regional workforce.
This role requires a calm and professional approach to providing exceptional customer service to colleagues, clients, visitors, and contractors alike. You will ensure practical and respectful dealings with customers every day.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Travel Portfolio Management: Help source and negotiate with relevant service providers for hotels, car-hire companies, and other travel-related services.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless and efficient commercial travel bookings in line with our travel requirements and policies.
- Travel Request Processing: Process all travel requests for DOF in the APAC region and across various borders worldwide, liaising with the Travel Management Company (TMC) to ensure smooth operations.
- Process Improvement and Risk Analysis: Analyze and report on process improvement opportunities and risks, initiating potential solutions to mitigate risks and enhance process efficiency.
- Global Mobility Knowledge: Possess a good understanding, appreciation, and knowledge of global mobility requirements for a global workforce, including visa, work permits, and immigration requirements.
- Traveller Tracking and Oversight: Provide or assist with enabling traveller movements and tracking, aligned with safety and contact protocols.
- Key Contact Person: Be the primary point of contact for all travel-related matters.
Requirements
- Travel Booking Certification: Hold a certification in travel booking using Amadeus Travel Booking technology system.
- Travel Experience: Have between 5-7 years of solid travel booking and scheduling experience.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an added benefit.
- Solutions-Focused Approach: Exhibit a solutions-focused mindset with a clear and level-headed attitude towards challenges, comfortable working in ambiguous and uncertain environments.
