About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pastor to lead our congregation at God's Will Brisbane Church, affiliated with the Churches of Christ in Queensland. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding our church in its mission to establish the next generation in faith.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide spiritual leadership and guidance to our congregation
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve our church's mission and vision
- Collaborate with our pastoral team to deliver high-quality ministry programs
- Build and maintain relationships with our community and other churches
- Ensure effective communication and administration within the church
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of pastoral experience post-ordination
- Graduate of a recognized evangelical theological seminary
- Eligible for an Australian visa application without disqualifying factors
