We're seeking an experienced project lead to drive initiatives that safeguard value across the organization. In this role, you'll oversee the design, delivery, and execution of shrink reduction and risk mitigation projects that directly impact profitability and operational efficiency.

About the Role
  • Identify opportunities for shrink reduction based on internal insights overlaid with industry trends.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of shrink reduction and risk mitigation projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutions that are practical, effective, and sustainable.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and reporting to track ROI and benefits realization.
  • Support training and adoption to ensure initiatives are embedded into business-as-usual processes.
Your Background
  • Strong background in profit protection, loss prevention, or operational risk.
  • Experience in project coordination or management within retail.
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with proven experience using data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, across all levels.
