As a technology leader passionate about Generative AI, you will design and implement large-scale Gen AI solutions. You will architect software systems that integrate with large language models, configure and manage infrastructure to support Gen AI initiatives, and implement robust monitoring and logging, LLMOps best practices for proactive issue identification and resolution.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing Gen AI solutions; influencing senior stakeholders on modern best practices; architecting scalable software systems that integrate with large language models; configuring and managing infrastructure to support Gen AI initiatives with scalability, reliability, and high availability; and implementing robust monitoring and logging, LLMOps best practices for proactive issue identification and resolution.
- Design and Implement Large-Scale Gen AI Solutions: Develop cutting-edge Gen AI solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Architect Scalable Software Systems: Design and build software systems that integrate with large language models, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Configure and Manage Infrastructure: Set up and manage infrastructure to support Gen AI initiatives, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high availability.
- Implement Robust Monitoring and Logging: Establish effective monitoring and logging practices to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Programming Languages: Experience with Python, Shell script, TypeScript, C#.
- Cloud Solution Architecture/Development: Cloud solution architecture, development, security, and IaaC (AWS + Azure).
- Gen AI Frameworks and Tools: Familiarity with Langchain, Pydantic AI, Google A2A.
- Database Management: Experience with Vector/Graph/SQL databases.
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation or AWS CDK.
- Containerization and Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.
- CI/CD and Version Control: CI/CD, GitHub Actions.
We offer flexible work arrangements, including in-office time with at least half of the time connected in office, plus other flexible arrangements. We are hiring engineers from across Australia with technology hubs in Melbourne and Perth.
Our Ideal Candidate: Passionate about Cloud and AI technologies, security-conscious by design, able to provide technical strategy, oversee medium to complex engineering initiatives, motivated to develop strategic programs from PoC through production delivery and ongoing operations, enthusiastic about responsible Gen AI solutions and improvements to existing systems and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI and adapt your skills accordingly. Balance business solution development and platform development with effective communication. Coach and mentor team members to share best practices and learnings. Lead by example and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.
