
Comprehensive Mental Health Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-based interventions for clients of all ages.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, support staff, and family members to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
- Evaluate and analyze participants' challenging behaviors and design strategies to enhance skills, regulate emotions, and introduce alternative behaviors, thereby reducing the need for restrictive practices.

Requirements:
- Possession of tertiary qualifications in Psychology
- Ability to register as a Provisional Psychologist with AHPRA
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses (desired)
- Availability of a car and driver's license
- National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain one for a client-facing role
