Financial Planning Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative organization that is shaping the future of finance.

We are seeking a talented financial planning and analysis expert to join our team in driving the consolidated reporting of the group and contributing to the budgeting and forecasting process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting and financial planning, as well as experience with data analysis and visualization tools.

You will be responsible for preparing and distributing management reports, managing the planning and reporting system, and identifying and developing process improvement opportunities.

We offer a range of flexible working options, including part-time work, and are open to discussing this during our recruitment process.

Our Finance team collaborates closely with other teams to deliver exceptional results to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain departmental performance metrics
  • Analyse actual results versus forecast, budget, and prior year results
  • Demonstrate expertise in managing quarterly forecast preparation and reporting
  • Provide insights into projects, business plans, and budgets

What We're Looking For:

  • Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes
  • CA/CPA qualified (or working towards) with experience in working with listed businesses preferred
  • Advanced excel skills including Financial Modelling
