Job Overview

This is a senior role in non-functional testing, focusing on ensuring seamless functionality within modernized infrastructure.


About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to collaborate with project stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to understand migration requirements and acceptance criteria. This role involves developing, reviewing, and executing non-functional test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate application and infrastructure migration outcomes.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing NFT test strategies and plans, conducting end-to-end and regression testing, maintaining and executing test automation suites, reporting findings proactively, and providing detailed test execution reports and insights to stakeholders.


Qualifications
  • Proven expertise and experience in non-functional testing, especially performance testing and failover testing.
  • Expertise in implementing non-functional testing frameworks and tools.
  • Proficient in running performance testing and monitoring tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, AppDynamics, and Kibana.
  • Extensive experience in planning, management, support, and testing of non-functional changes to mission-critical systems.
  • Experience in Swift Messaging and ISO/Interact service testing is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the NPP platform and concepts related to payments testing is advantageous.
  • Ability to analyze migration impacts and translate them into effective test cases.
  • Advanced experience in payments and settlements systems, services, and operations.
  • Basic understanding of infrastructure modernization concepts is highly preferred.
  • Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams in complex program environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying and resolving defects.
  • Effective communication skills to effectively articulate test results and issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
