Job Title: Payroll Manager

Leading and managing a payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages is paramount.

The successful candidate will oversee the payroll team, ensuring all employees receive their pay on time while delivering exceptional customer service to management and staff.

Key responsibilities include managing payroll-related functions, meeting reporting and external compliance requirements, and ensuring accuracy and consistency of pay through internal controls and other measures.

Essential skills include strong customer orientation, leadership and mentoring ability, sound interpersonal skills, demonstrated planning and organisation skills, high-level analytical and problem-solving skills, and a high level of integrity and discretion.

Desirable skills include previous experience with the PayGlobal system and understanding of Time & Attendance software.
