About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Residential Valuer to service the Northern Outer Melbourne suburbs. This role will play a vital part in the development of our Residential Valuation offering, involving property inspections, research, and report preparation in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct property inspections and research to prepare accurate sales and data reports
  • Prepare reports in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards
  • Work with Opteon's best-in-market proprietary software and systems to minimize time in the field and maximize data capture
Requirements
  • Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
  • CPV or RPV status
  • Strong attention to detail, report writing, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a harmonious team environment
