Job Summary
We are seeking a Security Officer to join our team in Townsville. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Providing security presence and exceptional customer service
- Building strong internal relationships
- Operating the control room
- Conducting premises patrols and enforcing local laws
- Covering events on an ad hoc basis
- Performing mobile patrols and responding to customer inquiries and emergencies
Requirements
- QLD Security Licence (Unarmed, Monitoring, Crowd Control functions)
- Certificate II in Security Operations
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Current Driver's Licence
- COVID vaccinations (1st and 2nd dose required)
- Willingness to obtain Hepatitis A & B immunisations
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
What We Offer
- Sign on bonus of $750 and Retention bonus of $750 (based on return of service)
- Full Time role in Townsville
- $26.33 – $28.00/hr + shift penalties and Relievers allowance where applicable
- 5 weeks annual leave + Superannuation
About the Role
