Service Design Lead

This is a senior role that requires leading end-to-end service design efforts across multiple business lines. As a Service Design Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining service blueprints, journey maps, and experience architectures.

The successful candidate will have relevant education in human-centred disciplines such as UX design, Service design, Customer Experience design, or strategic/system design. A degree in behavioural science, human factors, marketing, analytics, or business is highly desirable.

You will be expected to lead customer experience and customer behaviour research, with a focus on developing complex service experiences and leading customer-centric projects. Your expertise in customer research and analytics will enable you to navigate complex and ambiguous research to deliver actionable insights that inform service improvements.

A strong leadership ability in stakeholder engagement is also required, successfully leading large groups, including business leaders, to drive experience improvements and elevate customer experience capability.

Experience leading design teams and supporting other designers to achieve desired outcomes and successful project delivery is essential. Familiarity with agile methodologies, human-centred design, and design thinking processes is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
