Job Overview

This role is centered around securing a leading position in Engineering Services within Australia.

Key responsibilities include the development and approval of capture strategies, maintaining senior-level relationships, and delivering timely and successful outcomes through strong leadership.

  • Develop and approve capture strategies aligned with customer mission outcomes and company capabilities.
  • Maintain relationships at a senior management level to drive long-term growth and order intake pipeline expansion.
  • Lead both direct and virtual teams to deliver orders and exceed campaign objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record in major capture execution within competitive environments.
  • Hands-on experience in cradle-to-grave win strategy implementation.
  • Solid experience working in Defence and Secure Government sectors with a focus on Aerospace markets.
  • An established network within Defence and Secure Government markets.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to challenge status quo.
