Rehabilitation Consultant

We are currently seeking a talented Social Worker to fill the role of Rehabilitation Consultant.

  • Carry out assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.
  • Design and implement intervention programs using occupation to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
  • Identify barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that support people to achieve maximal work participation.
  • Liaise with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
Key Qualifications:
  • Australian recognized degree qualification in Social Work (AASW).
  • Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality customer service to clients and customers.
  • Willingness to learn and impact positively on people's lives in tangible ways.
  • Current or ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
