We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scientist to join our team at QML Pathology. As a key member of our Cytology department, you will be responsible for attending FNA procedures, screening Non-Gynaecological and Gynaecological Cytology specimens, and maintaining current scientific knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend FNA procedures and screen specimens
  • Comply with records maintenance and result recording
  • Maintain equipment and operate in line with protocols
  • Participate in Quality Assurance activities
  • Liaise with stakeholders regarding test results and referrals
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in the field
  • Sound knowledge of QC, QAP, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to identify and implement quality and service improvement activities
  • Strong time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
