Lead Occupational Therapist Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Occupational Therapist to lead our team in delivering high-quality services to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide guidance and support to team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and guide a team of Occupational Therapists in their day-to-day service delivery and clinical practice.
  • Provide training and supervision as required to ensure that team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional services.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and provide feedback to team members to improve their practice.
  • Attend appointments with Occupational Therapists to provide support and guidance.
  • Develop and implement high-quality clinical services and assessments for complex cases.
  • Write clear and concise reports and management plans that incorporate evidence-based strategies and interventions.

The successful candidate will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community settings, and ORS offices.
