Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled registered nurse to join our team of dedicated professionals in providing high-quality care to our residents.

About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a clinical leader to develop, deliver and evaluate resident care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • As a key member of our care team, you will take the lead in providing clinical services and work collaboratively with medical and allied health professionals and residents' family members to advocate for clients' quality of life.
  • You will be responsible for supervising and supporting our Personal Care Workers, practicing in a holistic way, and using your critical decision-making skills to lead the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, deliver and evaluate resident care plans
  • Provide clinical leadership and direction to the care team
  • Collaborate with medical and allied health professionals and residents' family members
  • Supervise and support Personal Care Workers

Requirements
  • Previous registered nursing experience in aged or community care
  • Nursing degree with current AHPRA registration
