We are seeking Nursing Professionals to provide high-quality care and services across our facilities.

This role involves developing, delivering and evaluating resident care plans, as well as providing clinical leadership and supervision to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for assessing and addressing the individual needs of our residents, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.
  • You will work collaboratively with medical and allied health professionals to advocate for clients' quality of life and provide holistic care that addresses physical, emotional and social needs.
  • You will supervise and support Personal Care Workers in delivering exceptional care and service to our residents.
  • You will participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Qualifications: A nursing degree and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Experience: Previous experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin a career in this sector.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. You will also require strong assessment and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
