Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our TPS Operations Division. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in implementing quality frameworks to prevent defect outflow to customers.
Key Responsibilities- Visualize and report the overall quality performance of the production facility.
- Facilitate stakeholder involvement through effective identification of defect occurrence hotspots and assignment of recurrence prevention activities.
- Deep recurrence prevention analysis and implement countermeasures to strengthen the quality assurance process.
- Support QC leadership to implement Kaizen opportunities while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity targets.
- Manage Kaizen project budgets and schedules in line with divisional targets.
- Support changepoint management through timely action of changepoint requests.
- Participate in scheduling and planning activities for projects.
- Monitor and analyze performance against targets for own area and recommend countermeasures where required.
- Degree qualification in engineering.
- 4+ years' of accumulative engineering experience.
- Knowledge of quality assurance systems and/or Toyota Production System (TPS).
- Familiar with vehicle operation and systems, assembly methods, and quality requirements.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team.
- Excellent communication skills & the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders to influence & implement change.
