Talent Strategy Director

This is a critical role at our organization, where you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our Talent strategy. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for delivering our Talent & Careers strategy, combining strategic initiatives with hands-on execution, supported by the Talent Partner.

What You Will DoThis role will initially focus on Talent Management, designing and delivering our talent strategy, and Organisational Development, leading initiatives that strengthen our people's capability and culture. You will lead and evolve our Talent Management strategy, partner with People Partners on workforce planning and forecasting, shape and contribute to EVP and employer branding initiatives, and enhance talent processes, systems, reporting, and data management.
RequirementsYou will need minimum 5-7 years of experience in internal Talent Management, recent demonstrated experience in a hands-on talent role, an understanding of professional services, strong people leadership experience (5+ years), providing coaching and day-to-day direction, collaborative, positive and solution-focused.
