Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Support Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 (D365) to join our team.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills to clearly explain issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • ">
  • Provide Level 2/3 support for Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Power BI dashboards.">
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.).">
  • Monitor and maintain automated workflows, ensuring reliability and performance.">
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and enhance existing solutions.">
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring issues.">
  • Document support procedures, configurations, and known issues.">
  • Work closely with developers, analysts, and Microsoft support to resolve complex issues.">
  • Stay up to date with Microsoft updates, new features, and best practices.">

Skills required include experience across a variety of technologies that may include: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement), Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 integration.

Australian Citizen with existing security clearance is preferred.
