About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workforce Coordinator to join our team at Workforce Australia for Individuals. As a Workforce Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations by preparing, updating, and amending facilities clinical and operational rosters.
This role will see you working closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities, which support over 150 employees. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and updating fortnightly rosters for our facilities
- Providing administrative support for the coordination of staff training, including clinical requirements and orientations
- Supporting the lodgment and resolution of timesheets and general payroll queries
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in rostering or scheduling, with excellent IT skills, specifically in the areas of Microsoft Office Suite. You will also be a process-driven individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
