Job Overview

Moonlight Wheels Attendant is a role at W Hotels in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

Responsibilities
  • Concierge services include guest requests of the Concierge and Wheels Desk functions according to hotel standards.
  • The concierge maintains a guiding philosophy that serves as a guide to guests' needs and expectations.
  • This role operates the main hotel driveway, car stacker, transportation services, and courier / postal dispatching, luggage services, rooming guests during arrival and farewell, and handles runner tasks for any guest requests.
  • Supports driving the Whatever / Whenever culture for all guests. Assists in ensuring all guests' needs and information prior, during, and post-stay lead to a unique, memorable, and personal stay.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
