As a Project Management Trainee at Sika Australia, you will be responsible for conducting market research to identify key projects and reviewing specifications. You will also develop and execute strategies to build customer relationships and increase project engagement.

Key Skills

  • Recent graduate or final-year student in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest and knowledge in civil construction techniques, project management and the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact with a diverse team, external partners, and customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in software, including advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office & Teams
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Experience with project management software tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
