  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business units to develop and implement HR strategies that align with commercial goals.
  • Design and deliver impactful HR initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Lead national employee engagement programs and recognition efforts.
  • Manage performance management cycles, including planning, reviews, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and L&D to identify capability gaps and develop tailored solutions.
  • Develop compensation and benefits strategies, considering GEO-specific nuances.
  • Provide coaching and advice to leaders on team dynamics, employee relations, conflict resolution, and policies.
  • Analyze data-driven insights and HR metrics to inform decisions and measure effectiveness.
  • Lead or contribute to HR project teams focused on improving organizational performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' HR experience with a strong focus on Business Partnering, Engagement, and Rewards.
  • Proven ability to lead strategic HR programs across large or complex organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of the full employee lifecycle and employee relations frameworks.
  • Experience working in cross-cultural, international environments and across time zones.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
