Mental Health Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Professional to provide clinical-care and therapeutic services to clients living with chronic mental illness in remote, rural, and regional areas.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled clinician to deliver a recovery-oriented service, facilitating therapy and case management according to client needs.
The ideal candidate will have a Master of Nursing qualification, be registered as a Nurse Practitioner, and possess significant experience working in healthcare environments. They will also have expertise in working with diverse populations, families, couples, and groups in challenging settings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide higher-level assessment, diagnostics, and treatment planning for clients with chronic mental health issues.
- Deliver tailored therapy and case management services.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.
