Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are a not-for-profit early childhood provider with nearly 350 services across Queensland, offering a range of programs including childcare, kindergarten and outside school hours' care.

Our brand new centre has been designed to create inviting spaces for children to explore, discover, learn and play. We focus on developing deep and trusting relationships with each child, taking time in precious care moments, and developing routines and rituals with families so each child feels safe, happy and secure.

An experienced early childhood educator will be responsible for supporting a stimulating education program in collaboration with their team. They will provide opportunities for the children, families and wider community to contribute.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, fun, passionate and committed to supporting and guiding children's learning and development. They will have:

  • - A Certificate III qualification in early childhood or equivalent; or enrolled and actively working towards
    ">
  • - Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
    ">
  • - Hold or willing to obtain a paid Blue Card
    ">
  • - Previous experience working with children
    ">
  • - Passion for creating and delivering a simulating learning environment
    ">
  • - Understanding of providing a safe, well-planned indoor and outdoor learning environment
    ">
  • - Skilled with documenting observations of children's behaviour and development, in the form of learning stories
    ">
  • - Ability to implement a planned program, in collaboration with the Room Leader ensuring the needs of individual children and the group are met">
