We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educator to lead our Preschool room and school readiness programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster positive relationships with children through ongoing communication and engagement.
  • Create a stimulating and developmentally appropriate environment that promotes learning and growth.
  • Conduct regular observations and evaluations of children's development to inform teaching practices.
  • Provide physical care and support children in daily routines and meal times.
  • Respond to the emotional needs of children and provide a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for each child within the group.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor trained in Early Childhood Education with prior experience.
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC) and current First-Aid Certificate, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of EYLF and NQF.
  • Competent in all areas of childcare compliance, legislation, and WH&S.
  • High level of professionalism and communication with families and co-workers.
  • Previous experience in the Preschool room and school readiness programs.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to high-quality care.
