Job Title: Technical Team Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for guiding a talented group of developers through the agile software development life cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a product delivery team through the full software development lifecycle
  • Mentor and develop the capabilities of team members
  • Advocate and communicate software engineering best practices across teams
  • Be accountable for time-boxed delivery of features to customers
  • Provide second-level support for existing and created features by the product delivery team
  • Participate in hiring engineers with a focus on high communication, empathy, and pragmatic quality
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience in an object-oriented language
  • Software design and development skills
  • Systems design, integration, and build expertise
  • Data modeling and design knowledge
  • Database design skills
  • Stakeholder management confidence
  • Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices
  • Experience in development of service-oriented architectures
  • SOLID engineering and object-oriented design skills
