Senior HR Advisor Opportunity

Our client, a leading media company, is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their People & Culture team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This organisation offers an outstanding culture, strong team tenure, and flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to managers across HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate and advise managers on workforce planning, performance management, organisational change, compliance, and employee relations to ensure organisation effectiveness.
  • Address employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with Australian legislation and company policies.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and the wider People & Culture team on people initiatives and strategies.
  • Establish and sustain strong relationships with key managers in the division while staying informed about their current business needs.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in a HR Advisory position or similar.
  • Experience managing your own client group or similar.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Excellent knowledge of local law and legislation.
