About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced and compassionate leader to join our team as a House Manager in Intensive Therapeutic Care. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable young people, providing them with a safe and nurturing environment where they can heal and thrive.
">In this position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services, care, and support that promotes the emotional, social, and behavioural needs of young people within our Intensive Therapeutic Care program. You will work closely with our therapeutic specialist, caseworkers, and other staff members to provide holistic care and assist young people to achieve their full potential.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and supervision to our Intensive Therapeutic Care staff">
- Develop and implement programs that promote the emotional, social, and behavioural well-being of young people">
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support">
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to service delivery and outcomes">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Community Services, Management, or a relevant field">
- Proven experience in leadership and supervision, particularly in a therapeutic setting">
- Strong understanding of child protection frameworks and policies">
- Demonstrated skills in program management, service development, and review">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
- A valid and current driver's license and Working with Children Check">
