Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring successful implementation and optimisation of Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimsCenter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyse business requirements through interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors.
  • Oversee the configuration and customisation of Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimsCenter.
  • Analyse existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed business requirement documents, functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and conduct testing.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.
  • Extensive experience with Guidewire 8 (and ideally, 10) PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimsCenter.
  • A strong understanding of insurance industry processes, including policy administration, billing, and claims management.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
