
Dynamic Speech Language Pathologist Wanted

Cross Care, a leading provider of allied health services, is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join their dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic and individualized interventions.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech Pathology and eligibility for SPA CPSP membership are essential requirements.
- Experience in acute care hospital settings is preferred, but new graduates/early career clinicians are also considered.
- Knowledge of instrumental assessments, such as VFSS and/or FEES, is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen, assess, and diagnose speech, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Implement patient-centered interventions and work collaboratively with the healthcare team.

Requirements- Relevant degree in Speech Pathology.
- Clinical experience as a Speech Language Pathologist with AAC knowledge.
- Experience in NDIS and the disability support sector.
- Understanding of Dysphagia and mealtime management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Experience supporting Autism Spectrum Disorder, Early Intervention, literacy, and social skills desirable.
